🕒 Order Processing & Dispatch
All orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday, between 9am and 6pm.
Orders placed outside these hours will be prepared on the next business day.
🚚 Shipping
Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details (if applicable). Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier service.
📍 Local Pickup (Cabramatta)
Local pickup is available for all orders.
• Your order will be ready for collection within 48 hours.
• The exact pickup location in Cabramatta will be sent to you via text once your order is prepared.

Returns Policy
We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied with your Korean lash lift products, we’re here to help.
Returns:
You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return:
Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Non-returnable items:
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
Opened or used products
Tools or accessories that have been sterilised or used
Sale or clearance items
How to return:
Email our team at belevia.au@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number and a brief reason for the return.
Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to send your item back.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or sent in error.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of your refund status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
